    BioCurve is a genuine pioneer in its field.

    • The innovation department has coped with the optimization of both critical processes: the combustion and the heat exchange.
    • It has been possible, as patents endorse, by developing the first biomass spiral heat exchanger and the first self- cleaning rotating burner.
    • Nevertheless, picky about our own work, we analyze our appliances both in internal and accredited external laboratories.
    • In January 2014, BioCurve broke the record of biomass power condensing boiler when its 45 kW unit was certified, our 45 kW unit, at the Centro de Ensayos, Innovación y Servicios (CEIS).
    • Maverick by nature, the technical team perfects the combustion process for minimizing environmental emissions, at the same time that extends the power range.
    • Ahead of its time, it studies and optimizes the boilers’ performance by using models and calculations developed in the "cloud" taking advantage of a historic alliance with NablaDot , experts in computational fluid engineering.

    The result, a range of ultra-compact boilers with a stunning performance, is sent to the strictest laboratories, for being tested. These labs have endorsed BioCurve with the highest distinction, class 5, according to EN303-5:2012 standard.

    Currently, our biomass condensing boilers offer, from 25 to 200 kW, is by far the most powerful in the market without the need of heat recovers, being leaders in efficiency and compact size. All BioCurve appliances boast the highest energy labeling A++, as well as the strict European ecoDesign (regulation 2015/1189).
