    Innovation in biomass condensation

    BioCurve, besides its pioneering condensing boilers and accessories, offers the possibility of supplying complete energy units, to be suited to the requirements
    of each installation.

    This alternative has many advantages such as:

    • The confidence that the complete set has been verified at the factory, fulfilling the requirements needed for this part of the installation to work properly
    • The occupation of a minimum space, thanks to the compactness of BioCurve condensing boilers
    • Savings in civil works, since the energy unit only needs a concrete slab and the connection to the heating main network*
    • A minimum intervention time, since most of the work has been carried out at the factory
    • The ability to move the set to another location, like a portable unit, allowing a temporary heating of several places
    • The chance of keeping the current installation as backup, so that it can work when scheduled maintenance halts of the biomass power plant

    The standard BioCurve energy units, from 100 to 300 kW (expandable up to 1 MW under certain conditions), include boiler, buffer tank dimensioned according to the thermal output, primary circuit, biomass storage silo and fuel feed, as well as all the elements accessories and security needed. Nevertheless, this configuration can be adapted according to the instructions of each client.
